Beautiful albeit bitey cat-pawrent relationship is born after pawrent scares off dog gang who were toying with the feline like chew toy: ‘One day I woke up to find her inside the house. That’s when she decided to stay.’

If you were to be in the position to save an animal's life you would imagine that animal would be able to show you some gratitude for your help. And even more so if it is a situation in which the animal is being attacked by other animals. But in the most feline fashion pawssible this cat ended up literally biting the hand that fed them several times, before giving in to the hooman's requests for closeness and moving into their home.

We cannot lie that this cat has some seriously toxic energy surrounding it. Like, more than most cats do. But nonetheless this hooman felt they had to support the cat even after its horrific attack. Once it had already bitten the rescuer hard and ran away. Now, we cannot exactly say we do not understand this hooman, after all, to be loved by a cat or even just get attention from them is pretty awesome. But to put yourself through several biting incidents all in the hopes of being loved by a cat who clearly has some tough issues, well, that is a tough one for us to justify.

So we can only suppose that it is a matter of each to their own kind of cat and relationship and that at the end of the day the thing that matters most is that this feline was saved from a sad fate by someone who was so willing to love the cat that they were happy to have all the bites it wanted. It might be a bit loopy, but dang if it isn't kinda sweet.

Well, that is quite the way to show your gratitude that someone has saved you now isn’t it. Not many animals would have the gall to behave like this but when it comes to cats, everything is on the table. You would have thought that this feline would show more gratitude to the hooman that saved them, but in all likelihood the poor thing was probably still stunned from what had happened to her and needed some time to realize what this helpful hooman had done for her.

And there we have it. The purrfect example of just how insane cats are and how flippant they can be. One minute hating your guts from the inside out, and the next they are all lovey dovey giving you kisses and calling your house home. But that is what we sign up for in the feline pawrenthood process, so we should not be too surprised that this kind of thing happened. Perhaps it's worth taking it as a cautionary tale, and a good reason to wear thick gloves after you’ve been bitten by a cat.
