    No_Government_3410 OP Yesss, which is why I'm getting her checked for a chip as soon as I can do it safely and I'll also put up posters when the wind doesn't risk removing them anymore Edit: In the meantime if she's owned by anyone I'm sure they'd rather have her here than outside (retroactively) I also opened the window everytime the storm stopped so that she could leave if she wanted to
