I am a fake Disney fan because I didn't know you didn't have to pay for FastPass until Lightning Lane was introduced. I guess I assumed that because you had to pay for The Flash Pass (can you believe they didn't get sued over that) at Six Flags Over Texas, Disney also charged for the eponymous FastPass.

I remember thinking that the animation in Toy Story looked so good as a kid! I think it's because I looked at the toys more than at people. I was pretty scared of Sid, and not even because of what he did in the movie. I was afraid of his buzz cut, of all things.

If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times. Cinderella III: A Twist in Time is one of the greatest Disney movies ever. Obviously, it is the greatest Disney straight-to-video sequel of all time; the movie is far more hilarious and rewatchable than most of the animated movies the main Disney studio put out in the mid-2000s. If you don't believe me, watch Chicken Little and Meet the Robinsons, and tell me whether either of them holds a candle to Cinderella III: A Twist in Time. Spoiler alert: they do not.

Fun fact: Disney actually tried to make a hand-drawn adaptation of Hans Christian Andersen's The Snow Queen in the 1940s, but it was shelved because the studio was focused on producing World War II propaganda films.
Walt Disney also tried to make a Rapunzel movie during the 30s and 40s, but he couldn't figure out how to make such a simple story into a feature-length film.

I've said it once, and I'll say it again: Disney needs to retire this joke. They've repeated it for decades, and now it is extremely hackneyed. We get it! It's corny and lame to sing in a kids' movie! Dads and little boys think it's weird for characters to break out into song! I honestly think that after Enchanted, the Disney-meta jokes needed to stop immediately, because that movie was just one big Disney meta joke! But alas, I'm not Bob Iger.

When I was a kid, The Little Mermaid stressed me out because Ariel was so disobedient to her dad. I was one of those kids who always wanted to do exactly what the adults around me wanted, so I couldn't imagine being so rebellious without a lot of guilt. Luckily, once I was the same age as Ariel in the movie, I could rebel in ways that felt developmentally appropriate without being wracked with guilt over doing things that my parents wouldn't approve of.
