I felt so bad! How could I have messed that up? I felt terrible, and it really affected me. Even though it was just a cake, it was my best friend who bothered me. On the contrary, she was very supportive and really backed me up by buying herself a cake. The problem is that I felt very bad about myself. It took me a couple of hours to regain my strength, then go to the kitchen and clean up the whole mess. In the end, it was fine, and I was okay the next day… If you ever had an experience like this, you can totally relate. Cooking isn't really for everyone, and for some of us, we have other amazing talents.

I'll confess that looking at memes about cooking fails and bad food really helps me. It sounds kind of dumb, but when you connect with people, or memes, that show exactly how you feel and what you've done, it feels good. It's like a relief. Because, come on, who can't bake a chocolate cake? Only me! Even my youngest sister cooks better than I do.

But enough talking about me! I'm here to cheer you up and to make you feel good if, for some reason, you aren't good at cooking, as I am. Luckily for us, people on the internet are brave, and they always share not only their cooking fails but also the nasty food they end up eating because they can't make something better. Sounds like we have found our people, right? Don't forget you can share this story with your friends who can't cook either… or better: you can look at these memes together and perk yourselves up!
