"For 2yrs she's been sneaking into my home. Threw her out repeatedly until I just gave up. Now she sleeps here 3-4 nights a week, and gets the princess treatment"

The fact that for two whole years, you managed to not fall in love with this cat is beyond our understanding. She is so unique, so pretty, so cute. It would have taken us exactly two minutes to fall in love with her. We would have been begging the neighbors for visitation rights. But… she won you over. Because of course she did. Because no one can withstand the cuteness of a cat forever, especially a cat who loves showing you affection so much. It was only a matter of time.

For everyone who's mad about this person not being in contact with the neighbors about this… this is something that you have to realize can happen if you constantly let your cat outside. This is not the first, nor is it the hundredth time, that we have heard about an indoor-outdoor cat having a second home. Cats know their power, and they know that the more homes they have, the more snacks will be purrvided to them. If you don't want to risk something like this happening, keep your cats inside. These neighbors are lucky this person doesn't straight-up take the cat, chip it, and keep it. The cat has clearly chosen them, even if it's only as a second home. They always have a way for the cat to go in and out. That's the best solution right meow. We'll see if the neighbors even care enough to go asking around about their cat. They haven't for two years. We doubt they will start caring now.
