They know your struggles at work, what makes you nervous, how you overcome those moments, and they congratulate you when you achieve the accomplishments you've worked so hard for. In the past, I worked full-time in an office. At first, I was excited about the job because it meant significant financial growth for me. But over time, I realized I hated the job, the industry, and everything that came with it. But thanks to two coworkers, I kept going until I found another position that suited me better. I always think of them, and of course I keep in touch! I love them and thank them every day for their endless support and for helping me calm down whenever I lost my head due to stress. To honor their support and how they stood by me, I looked for the funniest, most relatable coworkers' memes… and you won't believe what I found.

If you have a coworker who knows you well and has been with you on those days when work felt like the biggest burden, share this story with them.
