I can't remember the last time I ate classic Nerds like these, and I really miss them. Don't get me wrong: I love Nerds Gummy Clusters with all my heart. They're one of the best candy inventions of the 21st century. They cut down on the noise that used to come with eating a box of Nerds at the movie theater. But the Nerds gummy clusters don't satisfy my urge to eat aquarium gravel. The individual Nerds on the clusters are too small, and the clusters are too big to constitute gravel. I just want to dump a box of Nerds down my gullet while watching Olivia Colman in Wicker. Is that so much to ask?

If Nickelodeon were smart, it would sell these at the concession stands at all of the Universal Theme Parks.

While I am a blue raspberry girl in nearly every candy flavor debate, I've got to hand it to Green Apple here. It is so tart and delicious, and it doesn't lose its flavor quickly like other candies that stay in your mouth for a long time, too.

At this point, making your kids go trick-or-treating is an investment for the family. They are literally scoring hundreds of dollars' worth of candy in a couple of hours.

Imagine being a young lad in the 1930s, supporting your family with your paper route because your dad lost his job, and saving up a couple of pennies to splurge on a piece of chewing gum, only for the flavor to last no more than 90 seconds. I'm so glad we live in the modern era, where gum technology has come so far.

I am doing that with Oreos. After all these years, they still have new ideas for how cream can fit between two cookies.
