Yesterday I accompanied a friend to an event where a huge team of volunteers and staff tried to find a marrow donator for a young woman in my area. I had already registered a year ago but donated money and despite the rain 5206 people came to register for the database and/or gave money for the blood tests. Seeing all those people willing to help others and knowing this event can save some lives totally MMD!
