Then, on the evening of June 15th, he showed up with some incredible news...

First Aaron Paul showed up on Periscope saying he said he had some big news
He showed up, saying that he just got off the phone with Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan and that he had an announcement.
"There will be in fact be a spinoff for Jesse Pinkman's character in Breaking Bad"
He said it would take place in Alaska and follow the character into his next phase of life. -

We couldn't believe our luck!
Especially because Better Call Saul has turned out so surprisingly well. -

Then he delivered the punchline
Then almost immediately, he took it all back.
"Everything I said is actually not true. I'm just bored from Boston." -

His Periscope viewers were not happy
He tried saying he was sorry.

He even came back later on in the evening to apologize again
"A lot of you are really angry at me," he said.
Fortunately, a lot of his fans forgave him for his bored joke. -
