The venerable Jason Schwartzman will host and the whole thing is being put on by everyone's favorite video-turned-movie director, Spike Jonze. Performances from Eminem, Lady Gaga and the best and brightest rising Youtube stars, incl. CDZA and Lindsay Sterling.
