Vietnamese designer Nguyen Minh Tuan, as part of his graduation project at Van Lang University, designed this dress using 700 glow-in-the-dark condoms. More than just a dress, Tuan meant to use his prophylactic couture to challenge the stigma in Vietnamese towards condoms and sex in general.
