Dr Targalski was giving an interview to a Dutch current affairs show when when cat Lisio decided to make its telly debut.
The ginger moggy was sat on a table near the academic as the interview began. He was talking about the political situation in Poland — a serious topic amid a government crackdown on the country's independent supreme court. But the chat took a bizarre turn when little Lisio jumped up on his owner's shoulders.
