The Amazing Spider-Man actually turned out much better than I thought it was going to be. If it hadn't been for that terribly long, drawn out ending, it probably would have gotten a higher rating. The way the quality of the writing changed so frequently throughout the film was weird though. Some scenes, the dialog would be fine, sometimes even good.
