Picture flying on a plane and suddenly the oxygen masks fall, you know the rule…put yours on first, then help those closest to you, but you know deep down that you're just not that type of person. So you help those sitting next to you secure their masks on properly and then finally reach for yours. Now the same people sitting next to you reach out a hand at your oxygen mask, and you feel a sense of gratitude, but instead of helping you put it on…they grab it for themselves to ensure they have access to oxygen if needed…and there you are, left breathless with nothing more to give.

When you offer too much of yourself, sometimes expectations can become blurred…Many of us would do whatever it takes to help a family member in need, but when they are taking so much from you that you can now longer provide for yourself, things tend to get a bit complex…This single mother spends her life providing for her children and her siblings…Her siblings never bothered to work or pay her back for the money she lent them over the years. They were happy with simply taking. But when they start to go after the 80-year-old mother's pension fund and will, her daughter is left to fight the rest of their family for her mother's last assets and respect.
