The Toronto Zoo Announced The Birth Of a Rare Pygmy Hippo

A 12-year-old female pygmy hippopotamus named Kindia gave birth on August 10 to a female calf. Pygmy hippos are an endangered species with only 2,000 to 3,000 animals left in the wild.
