Your Pokémon May Be Infected With Pokérus

This is not a creepypasta, it's a valid theory. Of course, it doesn't explain Arceus creating the universe. Maybe Arceus "used" Pokérus to mutate Pokémon? Incidentally, Arceus is the only Pokémon not based on anything from the real world (Animal or otherwise).
