We all have severe lapses in observation from time to time but damn, Karen. What can we say? At least she figured it out sooner than later. The devil's in the details. This isn't a rare phenomenon, and some people have worse technical skills than others. It's pretty common knowledge that people have a pretty hard time with computers.
