Wild Sturdy Pokémon are the most annoying thing to plague in-game since Gen V. Your option is to either run from them and lose out on a chance to gain experience or take 2 turns to knock them out, getting hit by Smack Down or whatever in the process, whittling away you lead mon's HP and forcing you to waste healing items more frequently. Entry hazards will only foil the non-leads of NPCs and multi-hit moves generally suck without Technician or Skill Link. If you have Mold Breaker or the like then I guess this doesn't bother you.
