Knowing Hideo Kojima and how much he likes to joke, it took nearly a year for me to think of something; What if PT actually meant Prank Teaser, and Kojima never actually planned to make Silent Hills? I mean, we've hardly received any official news or updates on it beyond it's E3 reveal, and now he's just kind of poofed, so...
