Things People Wrongfully Think Are Scams

Someone on AskReddit asked for people to share things they're aware of that people wrongfully think are scams, but actually are nothing of the sort. Those crazy things like the dentist and sites that require you to enter your credit card information before you can purchase their legitimate products, are actually just around to help you. The paranoid suspicions are fair in a world that can feel like it's just trying to pull one over on you, too often.
