OK, this is gold. Really. If you don't know the backstory, Dewy, Cheatem and Howe are fictional lawyers used in gags and parodies to show how lawyers cheat people over (their names are in this order because if you say it fast, it sounds like "Do we cheat 'em? And how!"). So this makes total sense that your cat lawyers would be named after characters that screw people over, because that is basically the life goal of cats: to screw over humans. Look at their little faces! They are so mischievous. I would just plead guilty and get it over with, then go and look at some cat memes.
