'Boss Babe' Gets Called Out For Working For A Pyramid Scheme

Here we are in 2019 and pyramid schemes (AKA multi-level marketing companies) still exist. A pyramid scheme is a company that requires its "consultants" to purchase kits from the company in order to sell to family and friends, often on social media. Of course, majority of these consultants end up not making any sort of profit whatsoever. You'll recognize these people as the ones who call themselves "boss babes" and encourage you to message them about this "great opportunity." 

In this particular story, someone calls out an Acti Labs consultant for being a part of a pyramid scheme, to which the consultant throws a bit of a fit.

    Text - If you have a decent oppor- tunity for someone to make a good living as a business employee then you should be advertising on indeed.com and not local FB groups. Except, you can't, because you're not advertising a job... You're advertising an "op- portunity" where most who "invest" (and no, you should absolutely never pay any- thing to work for a company) make absolutely nothing.

    Text - Seen It might help you to read this quick article all about MLMS and how they prey on vulnerable (usually) women. They especially prey on the poor, and usually come out around Christmas time when low earners are desperate for money. That in itself is despicable, as the market for most MLMS is already saturated and so most reps will end up in debt or earning nothing.

    Text - You need to get out more ..... Everyone has a choice in life, you can be employed by any company etc and be at risk regarding income , pay cut, redundancy!! Or unfortunately the minimum wage that some hardworking people are on .... !!
