Phone Call of TurboTax Rep Avoiding Giving Refund to Overcharged Customer

It just makes you feel a little worse to live in a world where it actually costs money to pay your taxes. We don't blame the customer service person for being in this situation, but what's complete BS is that this problem even exists in the first place.
