44 People Get Injured After A Wave Machine Malfunctions And Creates "Tsunami Wave"

A malfunctioning wave machine sent people into utter chaos when it somehow ended up generating a "tsunami wave." Reports indicate that at least 44 people were injured. We hope everyone's off to a speedy recovery and that this never happens again. Looks absolutely terrifying.
