Oh no! I'm so sorry ... that stinks. But at least WE get to keep you for a while longer, anyway! USA! USA! USA! :) So what's next? Any other prospects on the horizon? Austin is a lovely place [hot as hell in the summer -- and dry, too, usually, in terms of rain but NOT humidity -- and rainy right now that will do little or nothing to resolve our "exceptional" drought] with lots of cool people and an unfortunately SMALL Cheezfrenz population ...

Yeah, we've all had those disappointments and they stink no matter how positive we try to be. I always give myself about 24 hours to be pissy and depressed and then I move on. I love the notion of treating opening your boxes as an early Christmas. Since you decided to pack the stuff, I have to believe that everything box you open will contain something you wanted...how often does that happen at Christmas. There's always at least one gift where we have to feign enthusiasm., right?

Boy, none of that is easy. Your boyfriend is probably walking a tightrope too...want to be supportive of the new job aspirations...want you here... It would sure be best for everyone involved for them to make a decision(the good one) and let life move on. Of course, having been on the hiring side, it's amazing the hoops one has to jump through sometimes to bring someone new on board.

People had trouble loading pages. One of my cheezfrends said that it took her forty-five minutes of trying just to post two messages before she gave up and went offline. I had to change browsers just to send a collectible. That went on for hours and then by night time in the US, people could use the site. StrayCatz and I agreed that we had never seen worse technical difficulties here.
