Most people don't like spiders. They're hairy, they have too many eyes and legs, they can potentially crawl into places you don't want to to go, and looking at them gives you the creepy crawlies. But the peacock spider is different.
These little fellas are around 5 mm long, and they're jumping spiders. Both males and females have beautiful psychedelic patterns on their bodies and the males do adorable dances to attract females. They live in Australia (don't all spiders live there?) and they're not venomous to humans (their little fangs are too small). We think they're sweet and there's even a Facebook fan page for peacock spiders (so we know we're not alone).
