It's always a risk moving in with a roommate who has a pet, even if they're the cutest thing on the whole dang planet, you may not vibe with them, and they basically are an additional flatmate.

But when the stars align and you have a fruitful relationship with your roommate and their pawdorable pet, it's fantastic for all parties involved.

Your roommate gets an additional helping hand from time to time, you get all of the fun perks of having a pet without most of the responsibilities and finances, and the fluffy little guy gets two loving people to make sure they're living the dream.

TikTok user @baileyrubal definitely seems to have the best of both worlds. She doesn't have a cat of her own, but her roommate just happens to have one of the most clever kitties out there. Voodoo the kitty clearly has a lot of hidden skills.

When Bailey was locked out of her apartment she nearly had no hope of getting back in, but she knew that her roommate's cat Voodoo was home and that she's super responsive to scratching and other games.

If you think about the way a door handle looks, it totally could be an elite toy for kitties. We could definitely imagine the sounds of a door handle moving being ultimately satisfying for a cat as well.

So Voodoo came to the rescue and did the absolutely unthinkable. Bailey was let inside and all was good in the world.
