Lyft Admits It Made An Error, Won't Fix Problem

This driver apparently had a 5.0 rating with over 15,000 rides, and Lyft refused to help the guy out after his innocent mistake. Now is an actually reasonable time to ask for the supervisor. All Karen memes aside, this is just some grade A BS.
