Momma Cat Brings Her Kind Rescuer to Her 7 Kittens, Asking Her to Save Them From a Rough Hurricane (Video)

Something that we have learned over our time writing here at ICHC is that momma cats will do anything for their babies. Sure, some momma cats are overwhelmed with the realities of parenthood at first, as we all are, and all momma cats need breaks sometimes, as we all do, but when it comes to keeping their kittens safe… momma cats will truly go to the ends of the world. 

We have seen momma cats run into burning buildings to save their kittens, uncaring about the risks they will have to face. And we've seen countless momma cats ask humans for help with their babies when it got to the point that they truly couldn't do it alone. So, were we surprised when we came across this video? Yes and no. We were not surprised by the cat asking for help, but we were surprised about the level of intelligence shown, about the cat leading this person - who they don't know and may be dangerous - to their kittens, because she knew she couldn't help the kittens on her own, and she was willing to take the risk necessary to make it happen with the help of someone else.
