We love some office lunch drama! Here at FAIL Blog, we have encountered plenty of stories in which employees get petty with the communal refrigerator, their choice of food, their requests to share food, or their attempts to simply steal someone's food. Make no mistake: theft is theft, whether it's in a store or in the small excuse for a break room in your toxic work environment.
Zak Toscani's Twitter thread about a spicy office drama involving a coworker's stolen lunch is quite the little rollercoaster. The moral of the story here is to just not mess with other people's food. Stealing people's lunches is a terribly low move. However, while our hearts go out to those affected by Lunch-Gate, the experience of reading this Twitter thread alone was an objectively entertaining one for those completely unaffected. All this is to say that if you have similar stories of office lunch drama, feel free to share them in the comments section below.
