It really is amazing how much men think we really care about what they think. It's truly the audacity for me. Haven't we all agreed as a society that women barely adjust their appearance for the likes of men? Some of y'all really still think we dye our hair, try out new trends, work on our figures for men? That's rich. Apparently, some men have not got the memo that women could care less about the masculine gaze anymore. We dress hot for other women to look at us and go, "Damn, I wish I could be her friend." Not for men! We think all women who read his comment can agree that now is the perfect time to start bodybuilding. I've never had more motivation to get ripped than right now.
Luckily, the academics of Twitter had our backs, and if Richard's post made you uncomfortable, you will love these clap backs.
Twitter user @Rich_cooper took to Twitter to spread his very controversial opinion that women train their abs so that they can look like men. Literally every part of this message screams misogyny and if it makes your blood boil... you're not alone.
Now we can all relax because the professionals of Twitter have come to our rescue at last. Don't be fooled, however, there were many others who agreed with Richard. But those Tweets are boring and misogynistic, so instead let's enjoy these clever burns from the better side of Twitter.
