Therapy is amazing. We love therapy here. But we also recognize that once you open pandora's box, there is no going back. Anyone who has gone to therapy has had that, "OMG my life isn't boring, I'm severely f**ked up! Awesome!" It's just a necessary line to cross in order for progress to be made.

The nice thing is that everyone who attends therapy kind of shares an inside joke between them. Once you hear someone say, "Oh yeah, my therapist said..." it's like a breath of fresh air. Heck yeah @Aubreybell, this is one of the very best parts of therapy. Before you start going, you just think of yourself as a regular Joe doing regular things, and then your therapist shows you that NOPE. There is hella trauma to be uncovered, and now is just the perfect time to start. Sound relatable?

Very suspicious 'therapizing' if you ask me. Then again if you're the kind of person who finds everyone's motives to be suspicious, it can be really hard to find a therapist you can trust. Or anyone, in general, your can trust for that matter. It's really a journey, and the sooner you start the better. It's sad but true.
