Yes, this is something that people need to understand. Even when someone is an introvert, it does not mean they would rather be alone all of the time. Sometimes they feel more open and sometimes (perhaps most of the time) they feel like they would rather be hanging solo. So if an introvert cancels on you... be excited that they ever even made plans.

This is rich. Imagine if there was actually an introvert club, who would even organize it? Would anybody actually show up? Maybe if it was over zoom, but it's unlikely that they would put their mics and cameras on. So silly to think about really. Well, don't be afraid, there is definitely no club!
