Every single one of our pets has its little quirks and difficulties, let's be honest. But, some pets are more difficult than others. Pets' behavioral issues can stem from many things, but regardless of why they have them, some families simply cannot handle them. That happens. We can understand situations where a family cannot give a pet what it needs.
