We've all experienced those moments amidst a typical day at work when it seems like nothing outside the ordinary is going to occur, and then suddenly, the floodgates open to let in complete chaos. Or, maybe it's not chaos as much as it is an unforgettable moment involving an impossibly clueless customer. Life loves to keep us on our toes. If anything, it can feel like the bigger surprises present themselves right when you're otherwise sinking into a comfortable routine.
