There are so many ways for an animal to come into your life. Sometimes, it's planned. You go into the shelter to pick a companion. Maybe it doesn't go exactly according to plan, and instead of adopting a kitten, you end up adopting a gorgeous senior cat. Other times, your cats are the ones who choose you. You see one on the street, helpless and alone, and you simply know that this one is meant to be a part of your life.

The latter is the story of Church, the stray cat, who was rescued and adopted by FridgePants on imgur. The two of them saw each other, and that was it, fate has been decided. FridgePants did the most amazing, selfless thing in the world by saving this adorable cat and giving it the forever home that he deserved. We want to thank them and let them know that they have made not only this cat happier but they've also put smiles on our faces.

Sometimes, it takes a while for us to make the decision to take in a stray. We totally respect that. You don't know what's going on with them. The last thing that you want to do is take a cat away from its family. But when you keep seeing it over and over, and you know that there is no one taking care of it, you decide to make the right decision and help.

Doing this amazing thing for this cat is truly something to be thankful, and we are. We wish more people were as selfless and kind, as willing to take time out of their lives and take a beautiful animal into their homes. The world would be a much lovelier place if everyone was like this.
