Oh boy, the drama between coworkers is a ceaseless phenomenon. This time around we have one woman asking the moral judges of Reddit's AITA community whether or not she was in the wrong for refusing to donate her vacation days to a pregnant coworker. Based off the context provided here it really sounds like the fault falls on the company for putting their employees in a situation where there's no paid maternity leave being provided. If they'd simply provided that, then the rest of the drama could've been avoided altogether. Or, like what if the company just gave her more time off because she's pregnant and all that? So, who do you think is the a$$hole here? Should OP be giving up some days for their coworker? Are their coworkers fair in pressuring them? Let us know down below.
