Some customers love to take their bad attitudes due to whatever's going on in their lives, and then just stink up an otherwise peaceful establishment with all that negative energy. It sounds like this dude was nothing but trouble from the moment he walked in. Naturally, when he gets exactly what he wanted after pitching a nice rude temper tantrum, he gets even angrier.
