    Font - the watch and realised it was five minutes past 9 already. In the beginning he was kind enough to say he would ask the chef while after seeing his colleague wink at him he apologised and said there was nothing he could do. I do understand as such a popular restaurant they may not care if having one more customer or not, but as someone who has walked so long with high expectation yet to be treated like this I have to say I am quite disappointed. I don't think I would come back ever again.

    Font - as the 4 that you mention had been queuing since 7:45 for a table and were given a promised table because of their persistence and good humour. They communicated clearly with the person in charge of the queue and a social contract was entered whereby their persistence paid off.

    Font - You on the other hand didn't bother to reach out to the waitstaff and explain your situation. You expected tired and overworked staff to instantly understand your situation and felt entitled to make that staff continue service past the kitchen closing time of 9. If 300 odd people can turn up, be fed, enjoy their experience and be friendly and enjoyable to serve within a 9 hour time slot the question is: 'why can't you?"

    Product - As a reply to you probably never wanting to return, we'd happily serve you if you could turn up within the 63 hours we are open a week... I'm sure you had a long walk back mulling your retaliation and unwitting highlighting of your entitled nature.
