Belligerent Customer Claims To Know Owner, Customer Gets Exposed

There are far too many entitled and unreasonable customers out there that try to pull fast ones on well meaning establishments by claiming to know the owners. What these very customers so often forget is that the owners can be quite attentive individuals. In fact, it's not entirely uncommon for owners to make their presence known around the places that they own. We're just glad that this owner was around for a testy customer, and was able to deal with them firsthand. Must've been overpoweringly satisfying to see them set straight after putting up with all of the rude behavior.

    Font - He tells me that he had already paid the fee, and the computer still wasn't fixed. "Oh no!" I said. "When did you bring it in?"     Font - I explained it had just been too long, and that sets him off screaming and threatening me. Fortunately there was a counter between us. So I tell him to get out of my store.     Font - So the police show up, and by this time the guy has calmed down a bit, and even seems thankful the police had arrived. After a short interview as to my job role and the situation, the responding officer says, "Sorry, the owner wants you to leave, so you're going to have to leave."     Font - To my surprise, the guy grabs his computer and goes outside with the officer, still ranting on and on about how I had no authority and the officer had no right to throw him out, and he wants to speak to the owner.
