Writing a resume is a tricky endeavor. You can't go into a workplace and hand them to a person directly anymore and you somehow have to make yours stand out from the hundreds of other people applying to every job you apply to, too. Who we never seem to consider are the actual people on the other side of the process who might actually one day potentially read that resume; they must have some thoughts.
It turns out they absolutely do.
