Male Self Defense Expert Wins Admiration By Showing How To Throw A Punch With Acrylics

It's a sad fact that the world can be an incredibly unsafe place for women, and it's easy to get riled up at the expectation that anyone who is female needs to be on constant high alert in public. At the same time, it also pays to learn some self-defense for any worst case scenarios. At least, that's the opinion of @dutchintheusa, a Royal Marine who uses his TikTok account to demonstrate safety and escape skills for all kinds of situations.

In his latest video, he has grabbed peoples' attention for his dedication to this — although not in the way that you might think. Demonstrating how to punch someone with long nails, he wore a full set of acrylics. Viewers were impressed by his commitment to teaching self defense, not least as he (presumably) was not used to the feeling of having nails that are three times the length they would naturally be. Most important, though, are the skills we've learned. Whether fighting off an attacker or starting your third bar fight of the week, you now know how to do it safely with a pristine set of extensions.
