Goooood morning Cheezburger fans! As you know, we've decided to use our platform to highlight a very important and very relevant issue. Animal abuse and neglect and overpopulation in our shelters! Fortunately, there are many practical measures we can all take in order to improve the situation. We can volunteer, adopt a pet, and donate to our local shelters! Adoption can be the most amazing experience ever and have a huge impact on an animal's life! Every week, we highlight some of the amazing transformations that occur when a newly adopted animal is showered with love and affection.

Whenever we come across a before and after images of a neglected animal and the transformation to healthy and happy we can't help but get emotional. This weekly post just fills us with happiness every time all over again, we are just so happy to see these animals getting the second chance that they deserve. These glow ups are pawesome, and just go to show that the power of love goes a heckin long way! These animals have so much love to give and they are just waiting, often in shelters, for their hoomans. Head down to your local shelter to consider volunteering or even adopting a pet friend of your own!
