Today Is National Black Cat Awareness Day: Here Are 14 Beautiful Black Cats

Did you know that October 27 is National Black Cat Awareness Day? Well now you do! We're absolutely elated that there is a national day for black cats, because truthfully, black cats never get enough love. In fact, black cat appreciation is sadly much lower than that of other cat breeds, because people have spread the superstition that black cats are unlucky.

However, if you haven't read our article fun facts about black cats, then you might not know this, but black cats are actually one of the most underrated cat breeds. Yes it can be a tiny bit hard to take pictures of them, and yes they are pretty impossible to find when it's dark, but that doesn't mean hey aren't worthy of love. Nothing is cuter than a pile of purrfect black cats purring and napping together, nothing! So everyone needs to reconsider their opinion of black cats, and we're here to help with that.
