Handwriting - ScrawlingItForever · 19h I had a friend who in high school started taking these vinegar tablets. I asked her if they worked, trying to make her think rationally. She said, "yes, because I vomit if I take enough." So yeah, that

Font - IeuanTemplar · 20h Urgh. Hands down, my Dad did a "cabbage soup diet". Essentially you just replace nearly all your meals with cabbage soup. It stank, he stank, the house stank, just everything. It was awful. He did lose a bunch of weight, like it worked, but Holy shit there was a cost.

Font - msstark · 19h A coworker once followed a diet where all she ate was onion and pepper soup. Of course, this made her s:.it her brains out and ingest almost no calories, so technically it worked for a couple weeks... until she obviously gave up.

Font - LilMissStormCloud · 18h A lot of people are buying those herbalife meal replacement drinks from these "nutrition" stores around here. They are at least $4 a drink and are basically herbalife powder mixed with pudding stuff or kool-aid. I've never seen someone actually lose weight and yet we have the stores popping up everywhere. I had family that was involved with one and they didn't get paid except tips because of how the place was set up. Her husband quickly talked sense into her.

Font - Manchestergirl901 · 17h A group of girls in one of my previous jobs were obsessed with losing weight and they used to eat toilet tissue to "fill" their stomachs and make them less hungry. A typical day was Diet Coke and toilet tissue.

Font - Blueroses_Fireflies · 18h My friend's nutritionist allowed her three raisins between lunch and dinner. Three raisins. Sometimes dinner was just some kind of smoothie. She lost 12kg in three months. Then gained it all back because she was obviously starving.

Font - Kitteh_Kate · 19h He said it was vegan diet but it was all just noodles, expensive "ready to eat" vegan sauces and lots of bread with vegan sausage/cheese. No fresh fruits, no veggies, no nuts... not very healthy
