In addition to its formfitting silhouette, the gown featured a sheer lace back with sheer paneling at the waist, long lace sleeves and a train, topped off with a cathedral-length veil. The sophisticated look showed that Kim's style has evolved since her wedding to Kris Humphries, when she wore a strapless, tulle Vera Wang ball gown, which she teamed with a diamond headpiece.
