There's nothing worse than having a new superior who just marches in and thinks they own the place. These people often have the absolute incapability to listen to other people and their ego's get in the way of them possibly learning anything from the people who have been there long enough to become a part of the furniture.
If they would just stop and pay attention for a moment they might actually be good at their job and win the respect of those under them. Instead they try to trap their employees into unethical and illegal agreements.
