Heroic Dog Saves Baby's Life: Twitter Thread

Product - kelly andrew @KayAyDrew Last night the dog kept breaking into the nursery and waking the baby. She's been sick, and I was getting so fed up with him. Until she stopped breathing. We spent the night in the hospital. I don't know what would have happened if he hadn't woken her. We don't deserve dogs. He keeps pushing open the baby's door with his battering ram head so he can sniff at her

Wow, this is truly incredible! Sometimes dogs just have a sixth sense when it comes to the people they love, much like a mother's instincts. We're so happy that this dog didn't stop trying until he was able to alert the parents to what was wrong with this poor sweet baby, and thank the heavens that this baby is ok!

Wow, this doggo knew exactly what to do. Thank heavens that he was around to save the day, such a good boy! We really hope that he gets a nice big dog treat to chew on as a reward for his efforts. Although probably seeing his baby sister be ok is a reward enough for his efforts.

Dog - Willie Handler, Canadian humourist and author @WillieHandler Replying to @KayAyDrew My daughter has a golden doodle who is very protective of the kids. One time when the older one was 2, he was running towards the stairs and the dog ran over and blocked his path.

Cat - Rebecca ... @rvwriteroregon Replying to @KayAyDrew I found my father passed away on 12/31/19. His cat, Fred, wouldn't let the cop or paramedics near him, he was protecting my dad. We had to take him outside to the car. Now he watches over my grandson.

Font - Rob Johnston (l ... @Robbie_ Replying to @KayAyDrew Absolutely fantastic! Is he a Boston? We had a Boston that would sleep beside our youngest's bed. One day she wouldn't leave the kitchen and sat beside the oven. We'd send her away and she'd come back. Turns out it had a small gas leak. Dogs...they just know what to do.

Font - Shoshana Kessock ... @Shoshanakessock Replying to @KayAyDrew Wow thank goodness for your good boy. My cat Lilo served as my anti-depression meter for years, climbing on me when I was suicidal. Now she's 22 and too old, but kittens Valentine and Charlie have taken up the watch. My 74 year old dad has giant tomcat Rocket as his shadow.

Font - dont @ me ... @properbighole Replying to @KayAyDrew I got my dog when I was deep in depression. The kind where you can barely eat and can't stop crying and won't get out of bed. When I was depressed she never left my side. She cuddled up with me and nudged me to make sure I was good. It was like she knew. She saved my life.

Font - dont @ me ... @properbighole Replying to @properbighole and @KayAyDrew She went on to save my grandpa too. He has a bad fall when he was home alone and couldn't reach his phone. She came to him and pulled him to the couch so he could hoist himself up. When he later passed away she stood at the front door for weeks, waiting for him.

Dog - kelly andrew ... @KayAyDrew Thanks for all the well wishes, everyone. The baby is doing much better today and we are home with Henry, who bravely held the fort all night even though he is scared of the dark.
