Cats Are Total Jerks: Christmas Edition

So… cats are jerks. Every cat owner knows that, every cat owners complains about it, and every cat owner loves it as well. No matter how many things of ours they break, we continue awwing at them. Even when it's Christmas time, and there seems to be a collective decision between all cats to take the trees as a personal attack against them, we will still aww. Because cats may be jerks, but they are also purrfect.

And now that Christmas is over, and we have so many new photos of cats fighting Christmas trees, it is only right to gather here, as cat people, and laugh at other cat people's hard work falling to the floor. Don't worry though, they're laughing with us while petting their little criminal kitties. And we're laughing while picking up yet another ornament off the floor as our cats zoomie around us. Ugh, what would we possible do without cats?

The way that we can full-on feel the imminent destruction in this picture… This cat had a heckin' lot of determination to be able to get all the way up there in such a way, going by the way it's holding onto this tree for dear life. The fall happened approximately 0.4 seconds after this picture was taken, we are certain of it.

Look at this perfectly innocent little criminal acting like it didn't just commit a whole Christmas crime. There is no regret in that fluffy little face. None. And the thing is, mad as we may have been in that moment, one look at that purrfect little face, and we would have been sighing, petting, and redecorating in silence.
