Here at I Can Has Cheezburger, we know just how important pets are to people. From the woman who considered breaking up with her boyfriend after her cat suddenly started hating her boyfriend, to the human and service dog duo Jack and Alison to the dog who saved a baby's life, we have learned to not underestimate the power of a highly trained dog. Today we have a story about a woman whose precious dog ran away. The dog was microchipped, and they searched for him for months, only to find that a different person had found the dog and adopted him herself.
The woman is elated to see that her dog is still alive, but the other woman is reluctant to give the dog up, and wants to receive money in exchange for giving the dog back. Is she being an a-hole, or is it legitimate for her to request money? And what is the original poster going to do in this scenario? Scroll down to take a look at the whole story, and let us know what you would do in this situation in the comments below.
Mm, moving can be a super stressful time for pets. You should always have a plan in place for helping the pet through the moving, and keep in mind that many pets might try to run away out of fear, either back to their old home, or get lost entirely. Make sure your pets are safe and sound the whole time!
Aww, Pitbull and Chocolate Lab mixes are so sweet and cuddly! Here at I Can Has Cheezburger we love Labradors and Pitbulls, but we especially love "mutts" because any animal that was adopted instead of shopped is always paw-mazing! Remember guys, adopt don't shop, so many animals need a home!
